Downloads

Download PuTTY, WinSCP2, PSCP and PSFTP here.
Just create a folder called "C:\Program Files\Putty" and place the files in that folder. You can execute putty and winscp2 from there, or you can place shortcuts to them on the desktop. PSCP and PSFTP are run only from the command line.

Download GhostScript and GhostView here.
Install GhostScript (gs703w32.exe) first, then install GhostView (gsv41w32.exe). These programs actually have normal installation scripts. You can accept all the default values, and they will install properly. You shouldn't have to turn off other programs or reboot your computer.
