Today we started out at Fanny's parents' place in Pisuli barrio of Quito. Fanny's brother, Manuel (a.k.a., Manolo), and his kids came by and Chris gave them some gifts he had purchased in Wisconsin. Then we went out to buy a guitar. We managed to find a respectable guitar for only $36.12, tax included! Finally, we went to Ruth's and Eddy's wedding and reception in Carcelén. Eddy (a.k.a., Gato ["cat" because of his green eyes]) is Fanny's brother. You can also seen Chris' photos of The Last Supper here.
