We spent the day on the beach, enjoying the water, body surfing (especially Chris and Bryan), getting hair braided into corn rows (not Mike!), eating and drinking fruit juices. Chris got a terrific sunburn on his face and shoulders.
Later that night we went to a birthday party at the home of a local resident who was a cousin of Gato's wife Ruth. That was really fun and very interesting. They had fascinating fruit trees in their yard.
